It has a high level of customization so you can make the functionality very specific to our venue.The document share features create a great work flow with customers and the guest portal helps keep everything in a convenient place for the customers. Making going back for reference easy.For the most part the customer support is very good.

Tripleseat is extremely user friendly. Email templates, and premade documents help expedite almost every process i have day to day. I love how documents are generated and picklists are saved, making detailing events easy as clicking a button. Not to mention how personable the account manager team is. Anytime I have a question, I have a response within minutes, sometimes with a youtube video made to explain the answer! The customer service is above and beyond! I truly have no bad things to say about Tripleseat.

"The system I've been searching for a decade"
I've been using the software for the last five years and adore it. It's easy to set up, make changes to our offerings and prices, and allows my team to run our event space more efficiently than using spreadsheets and emails. The fact that you can have an unlimited number of users means that I can add all the team members who need to be in the system and not worry about additional fees being racked up as we grow - that's awesome! Finally, the customer support I receive from this team is fabulous. Seriously, the response time is great, their suggestions are top notch and they feel like a real though partner in our hospitality adventure.

Before Tripleseat, we used google suites to run our venue. This meant spreadsheets for invoices, google docs for details...and guess what? We made all kinds of typos and human mistakes. Everyone did things just slightly differently. Naming and finding things was a challenge after 5 years in business. Tripleseat solved all these problems and more! It's so easy to use. The customer service is great, even after being a customer for years. We were able to set it up to do just what we needed, instead of some software that wasn't build just for venues. We do on and off premise catering and our own ticketed events, and Tripleseat is perfect for all of those. Staff love that it integrates with google calendars and it also can be accessed on their phones.
